    Shipping & delivery

    Delivery times and fees depend on where you order from. Kosovo: usually 24–48 hours, €2 delivery (free on orders over €80). Albania and Macedonia: around five business days, €5 delivery.

    Payment

    We accept cash on delivery (COD) only. Pay in cash when your order arrives — no card or bank transfer is required at checkout.

    Returns & exchanges

    Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Contact our support team to start a return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
